- Are there any system requirements?
Since littlefleets dispatcher’s dashboard is web-based, all you need is an internet connection and any modern web browser, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer and Opera to access the dashboard. For your mobile employees, littlefleets app is available on any smartphone or tablet device with Apple iOS and Android operating systems.
- Am I going to require any training?
littlefleets is designed with these two philosophies in mind: 1) no university degree required 2) Simple enough that even grandma can use it. You get the point, littlefleets is incredibly intuitive and easy-to-use. Fact is, it only takes a couple of hours to be using littlefleets like a pro! - Are there any commitments or contracts?
littlefleets is a month-to-month service so you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. While you are on the month-to-month service, there are no commitments or contracts whatsoever. You can, of course, pre-purchase 1 year subscription at discounted pricing.
- Is my billing information secure?
littlefleets stores your information through a third party service that is independently certified to store sensitive personal information securely.
